Choose one specific goal
Set an observable weekly goal, such as completing an introduction or understanding a short text. Replace “get better at the language” with something you can demonstrate.
Spread out short practice sessions
Reserve a manageable short session each day. Listen to a recording, retell it the next day, then write sentences with its new vocabulary. Revisit older words as well.
Review at the end of the week
Repeat the original task without help. Mark where you struggled and use those points to plan next week. Bring specific questions to your teacher.
